CLIP OF THE DAY: Sunny Cipriani

While some are heading East for Halloween others are escaping to sunny L.A., in Bervely Hills and checking in Mr C (C as in Cipriani) family's brand new and first hotel abroad. The 138 rooms are decorated with red tufted sofas, great black and white pictures, dark wood floors and Louis Vuitton: 100 legendary Trunks book in each suite. Ray Kappe is designing five private bungalows (set to open next year) that are already promissing to be quite the celebrity hideout as much as party people hangout. But you don't have to be a guest to taste some of Cipriani's favorites: the hotel Lobby Lounge also offers their signature Belinis and unique Carpaccio; remember my clip on their origin? *
