CLIP OF THE DAY: Sweet Sensation

It all started like the great majority of sucessful business have: unforeseeable.

During her teenage years Fabiana lived in England, and like all of us raised in Brazil and home-sick for some sweet sensation, brigadeiro was always the perfect S.O.S recipe for a fast cure. (I can relate with that) as I used to do the same! Only difference is that Fabiana's were more than just a short-cut to Brazilian delicacy down memory lane and more of a myth around her school and by the time she was back home finishing her Fine Art degree, her artistic abilities and her gift for cooking, soon put her on the spot light. As she gave the traditional brigadeiro a twist, her efervescent wide range of colours and new flavours turned simple brigadeiros into hip acclaimed desert seen at the most elegant events around Brazil. As if that wasn't enough she decided to go back to where  it all started: England.  Just recently the prestigious Canning House hosted a lavish dinner for the Foreign and Commonwelth office at the Westminster in London and Fabiana's Brigadeiros were in demand. Guests included members of the Royal family, british parlament and Brazil's own ambassador Robert Jaguaribe who was quick to ask for their contacts in the UK!
